We like koobideh but making can get messy pressing the ground meat together around the skewer to make it consistent shape & size and hold together. Having this mould takes care of those issues, but the important thing is to first place plastic wrap in the mould followed by the meat so when opening it up after the press to get it in shape the meat isn't sticking to it and the plastic wrap is easy to peel off. Only wished it came in a little bit longer size.
