Bought for my young daughters to smack around other than each other.Inflates easily with the style plugs it has. Suggests filling with water in the base to keep it upright, which worked pretty well. Comes with multiple patches in the case it springs a leak. Gloves were a little oversized for daughters but they aren't really needed to have fun with it.

Once you put some sand into the bottom of the punching bag, it never goes down and seems to hold up pretty good to my 7 year old punching and kicking it every day. Once it ounces forward (almost to the ground), it retracts back at her and she will punch or kick it again. Helps with her hand eye coordination and reflexes to punch again.
