This replacement coil is better than my original that went out. As far as performance the new one works just as good as the old one but the main difference between the two is the mold and potting on the new one it’s nice and smooth and sealed all the way up to all the components. The old original one though it worked fine for a long time the potting on it was not sealed up to all the important components and moisture could easily get in. I don’t know if that had a part in it going out but visually the new one looks better made.

My Husqvarna blower was not sparking. Installed this coil along with a new carburetor and filter. Runs like new. After comparing to the old coil, it is identical. Both made by Feng Long.

Spark plug connection makes poor connection onto the line from the coil. Grossly overpriced !OEM product from authorized dealers is far cheaper. Poor connection on spark plug.

My Husqvarna leaf blower died on me the other day. The spark plug wire had a break in the insulation. Vibration seems to have worn a hole in the wire insulation and 1/2 way thru the core wire. Had to order this coil/spark plug wire to fix it. Fairly simple fix and it runs fine now.

Put this on my blower that had been sitting idle for 2 years and started on third pull. Very pleased with the ignition module.

I installed a Husky (OEM?)coil in my leaf blower, and it worked a treat for 10 hours. Now it's dead, with a very puny spark. II would like a replacement that will last even half the time (40 years) of the original. I want a refund, or a new part. The vendor sent me back to Amazon. So, here I am.Bottom line: neither Amazon, nor the vendor would replace the coil. I won't buy a replacement from them. Local shop at least stands by what they sell.

Im giving 4 stars and not 5 because im not sure its genuine husquvarna. It came loose in a bubble wrap bag. No box. Orig brand is phelon. This says dolong in tiny letters on bottom. I wouldnt care except it cost 2x all the other chinese knockoffs. But it does work
