Been using my first Hunu cup frequently for over two years now and recently picked up this medium size one for larger drinks. They pack a lot flatter than similar products I've tried like the 'StowJoe', which I find more packable in most situations. Hunu cups are comfortable to use, keep their shape reliably when unfolded and well designed overall.This version isn't supplied with a sleeve - but I've found most coffee cup sleeves made for solid cups will fit fine (although it isn't necessary to use one). It's also a little taller when stowed than its smaller counterpart, but still very packable. Wish they came in more colours.

These are solid and collapsible, but doesn't really hold temperature for cold or hot drinks. I bought these for a backpacking trip, but just couldn't bring myself to take them. The cup is lightweight when compared to a coffee mug, but heavier than a regular camp mug. More importantly, they are very lightly insulated (if at all), so lose heat very quickly. Didn't work well for my purposes, but is probably one of the best collapsible cups on the market right now.

First use I found this wonderful cup got a tiny hole in the side. It leaked/dripped some liquids.Pro, it's lightweight and collapsible for backpacking, kept hot things got.Con, not durable against sharp things. I'm sure super glue will fix it up.Still glad I had it for hot meals and beverages backpacking!

I travel all the time and have carried a collapsible drip coffee cone for years. But I thought that collapsible coffee cups were only available in smaller sizes, so I still had to find a big mug while traveling or reuse a Starbucks paper cup.... no more!!! With a little searching on Amazon I found a few 20oz cup options. I decided on this HuNu because it was the most compact. It totally rocked my environmentally-consciois on-the-go coffee world. This little gem will travel everywhere with me!!!! If you want to help our delicate planet and are on the move, buy this!!!!

I looked into a few different types of collapsible cups. I’m so glad I went with hunu. It’s the perfect size to throw into a purse, backpack, or even your back pocket. I work on a large campus where I am walking a lot with my bag and hate having to keep up with an empty cup all day. With this i finish my morning coffee, collapse my cup, and throw it into my bag. I also like that the sleeve is fabric not plastic. It actually helps protect your hands from the heat unlike other brands I researched. We liked it so much we just ordered one for my husband.

I purchased this for travel - I wanted something compact and light. I can tell that it is well-made and had no issues with weird smells/off-gassing when unboxing.For all of the reviews that are saying that you will spill on yourself when applying the lid are not taking much care when doing that. Obviously the body is made of silicone and was designed to compress. If you have the band secured around the cup BEFORE adding hot liquid, it will help provide a bit of structure and act as a "heat sleeve" so you don't burn yourself. But you still have to take care when pressing the lid on because it's not a solid stainless steel cup... You are not going to get the insulating properties of a double walled cup because you are trading off for weight and compactness.I purchased the smallest 8 oz for a small cup of coffee/tea I intend to finish within half an hour, or as a quick cup for wine or anything else I need in a pinch. Good quality and looks great, likely will last a long time which is what I am looking for when introducing new items into my life that will help establish good environmental habits.

I love the look of this cup. It’s super easy to transport and clean. The cup is good for use here and there but may not hold up as an everyday cup. The material and shape of the cup makes it a bit unstable. The cup is tapered so it is smaller on the bottom and larger at the top making it easy to knock over.

I really like this mug, but if you're going to buy it, you should keep in mind it's strengths and weaknesses.I'm not sure I would like handing it to a barista - without the lid it's a little soft, and it'd be easy if you weren't used to it to partially collapse it trying to put the lid on. Plus, it's on the small side for many coffee shop drinks. And it wont keep a drink warm (or cold) all day.However, as a cup/mug sized reusable, with a lid if you want a little splash reduction, it's great. I travel a lot and it replaced all the disposable cups in my hotel room. A nightcap, rinsing after brushing my teeth, coffee from the keurig in the morning. And it packs down SO SMALL, I don't even notice it in my bag. It'd be great to use with a larger thermos as well.

The cup is soft to the touch.The rubber seems to be of high quality. The cup’s drinking area(lip) is thicker and feels very nice when drinking hot liquids. It’s not a metal cup, it’s not ceramic, and it’s not plastic! You must practice using This cup , before you actually pour hot liquids and try to drink from it. The small, oblong hole in the lid is Not for Drinking! The hole on the lid is to help secure the wide, rubber, band that keeps the lid, and collapsed cup all together! The lid is hard plastic, and fits the collapsed cup very well. Opening the cup, right out of the box the first time is a little tricky. You can gently use a butter knife, for the first time you expand, and open your new cup, if you don’t have fingernails or a “good grip”. Open from the base, as the inclosed instructions say. Again, this cup is for very limited situations. My green colored cup had no odor upon opening, but I hand washed it with warm water and some Dawn liquid soap,and hand dryed it. It’s not made to keep your hot liquids hot or warm for hours, it’s made to quickly enjoy your liquids when nothing else is available to use. I use my double walled steel thermos to keep my liquids hot / and later , warm for extended periods of time!
