I had my worries at first because of the price at first I won’t lie but now that I have it I honestly couldn’t have picked a better one! I love this thing! I use my speed bag daily so it gets put to use often and no matter how many times I hit the bag the swivel stays in tact and sturdy just like it should! If you need a new swivel I highly recommend this one for 2 reasons, 1. The price is unbeatable!, 2. It’s literally the best swivel I’ve owned and I’ve gone thru a few over the years!

First of I'm not even an amateur or even a boxer for that matter. I bought this for my son as something he can hit when he's angry. While the swivel does have a ball bearing on the the top the rotation is not smooth.With a little load on it, it can be smooth but at other times it get a choppy or bumpy movement which I can't imagine you'd want if you are a little serious about boxing. Works great for my needs and couldn't beat the price, but you get what you pay for

Not bad at all. I used it to hold my boxing bag. The price is reasonable.
