hola buenos dias el producto en perfectas condiciones, pero necesito saber si hay que hacer algo porque no funciona con el control, ya quedo instalado pero no responde con el control remoto, hay algo que se tenga que hacer al respecto. ??¿?¿ agradecere mucho sus comentarios.

I thought I'd have to replace the whole fan assembly, but this was a much better fix!Costco doesn't sell this fan anymore, and we really like this one. Luckily, Amazon had the part!

These things are incredibly unreliable. Called hunter support they said my receiver was bad. after just 8 months or so. Bought a new one and it’s not working after a month or two. Randomly the remote works, other times it doesn’t work for days. We have remote controlled fans from other brands and have never had this issue.

I had set up a return for this item last night as it would not work. Got up in the morning, followed product troubleshooting and voila! WE HAVE A WORKING FAN! Saved us a couple of hundred dollars as we didn't have to replace a perfectly (not old) ceiling fan.

I purchased two remote receivers - one works as long as you are patient for the signal to communicate. The second receiver worked once and never again, upon removal the unit was warm, electrical connection was good. pairing the signals was most difficult.Could not return because the window closed. Personally, would not buy this product again.

The chain pull broke on my bedroom ceiling fan, and since the canopy had to be removed to replace the chain anyway. It made sense to install a remote control. I couldn’t be happier. No jumping up to adjust the fan speed or turn on the light. One suggestion: follow the instructions exactly.

After only using this fan in my new screen room, the remote stopped working. Lowes gave me a new one, but it didn’t work either. The contractor told me the capacitor wasn’t working. Lowes wouldn’t do anything for me and my contractor told me to order one from Amazon. I did and the fan works again.
