I lost my ceiling fan with dimming light remote. Wanted to replace it with the exact one and hoping the current receiver in fan would not need to be replaced. Works perfectly. I needed to cut power from circuit breaker from fan to reset the receiver and held the power on remotedown within 60 seconds per directions to program. I didn't need the fan receiver, but now have an extra on case the current one goes out. It also arrived two days earlier than expected.
