Looked just like the one I have for my fan and even had the same switches for matching it to the fan but they do not work on same settings as the original remote. Not at all satisfied and will be returning them both.

I was skeptical it was the remote receiver that fried on my fan. Changed the receiver and remote for less than $30.00 and saved $300. I am so glad it worked. Fit the Kitchler fan like a glove. Recommend it very much.

I had to disassemble my fan almost completly, but did not have to remove the motor from the ceiling to get to the radio receiver that didn't work anymore. Once I could get to it, I didn't have any problems disconnecting the old reciever and installing the new one. Once I reassembled the fan and put a battery in the hand-held controller, the fan and light worked just fine. Being able to dim the light was a bonus I didn't expect! This kit cost less than $30 and a new fan of the same quality and features would have cost up to $270 I am a fan! (pun intended;).

Our ceiling fan had stopped working, turned out to be the original remote control unit. Not sure why. This replacement worked perfectly, with very little effort had the fan and light working.

This fixed the problem of the broken switch cord. Now I just sit in my chair and turn the fan or light on. Or you can turn them both on. Great product.
