Been using this bore snake for 3 years and still going strong. Good value for what it is. It’s a time saver because after 5 pulls through your barrel and it’s almost spotless so that’s cool. Quite functional because you can store it anywhere. Fits perfectly for 5.56/.223 barrels.

I like the 3 internal brushes. It cleans extremely well and is easy to hand wash and air dry. I find that I clean my firearms more often with these high quality bore snakes which is a good thing. Hoppes bore snakes are levels above all other brands most of which I own and rarely use. Would rather spend a few more dollars, literally, than waste money on the cheap ones

I do like the product on my 10/22 because it easily cleans the bore without screwing a rod together. I carry it in my ammunition pouch. On the range I put a few drops formula 3 gun oil on it and pull it 3 or 4 times through before I leave the range. cleaning done. After a thousand rounds or so I take the gun apart and do the full cleaning cycle.very happy with the product

Well the first one broke on the second use from where the string is connected to the bore snake but “Bushnell”, they own Hopes, send me a new one. They are thicker than the regular bore snake and require some muscle to pull but nothing that the average guy can’t do
