INSTALLATTON
NATURAL GAS OR LIQUID PROPANE
- Make sure the gas is shut off.
- Connect the gas hose with the gas connector to the gas supply.
- Connect the other end of the hose to the Straight Quarter-Turn Shut-Off Valve.
- Attach the other side of the Straight Quarter-Turn Shut-Off Valve to the second gas hose.
- Connect the other end of the second gas hose to the burner.
- If using liquid propane, you need an LP Air Mixer to connect to the burner. (Air mixer is ONLY for LP).
- Install the Spark Ignition to generate sparks.
LIGHTING INSTRUCTIONS
- STOP! Read the Gas Cylinder, Important Information, and Enclosures sections before attempting to light this appliance.
- BEFORE LIGHTING: Smell all around the appliance area for gas. Be sure to smell next to the floor of the firepit because some gas is heavier than air and will settle in the base of the firepit.
- Light a match and place it just on the top and outside area of the Top Burner Plate.
- Slowly turn the manual gas valve to the "OPEN" position. The firepit burner should ignite between 0 to 3 seconds.
Recommended for use with Hisencn Fire glass, make your fire pit pan more designer, warmer, and shining.
This fire pit, which you pair with our fire glass, can store more heat for you, refract the wider range, and provide warm light, without polluting gas, with no burning waste, safe and convenient. We recommend using 45 pounds of fire glass.
- Calculator for Square or Rectangle Fire Pit.
- Width X Length X Depth, divided by 19 = pounds of fire glass needed.
- We recommend a minimum of 2" of fire glass depth for most installations.
- For example, a 48" X 14" fire pit, with 2" fire glass depth, so the fire glass you need for the fire pit is 48 X 14 X 2, divided by 19 = 70 lbs.

I received the order fine. I put the burner together following the minimal instructions. Connected it to my full propane tank and the regulator lets the proper amount of fuel for a second then the pressure goes down to barely make a flame. I looked for a support number on the Amazon page but couldn’t find it. I called Amazon and they did provide a number to call. The number has an answering machine. I left my name email and Amazon order number as requested and receive no response back. I have tried five times. It could be a simple fix but I believe the pressure regulator is the problem. Do no purchase from this company. It’s not worth the chance.

We bought this to convert our wood burning fire pit to gas. The forest rangers don’t allow wood fires where we camp. So we converted to gas. Works great!

Bought this to repair an old fire pit. It worked great. I knew it wasn't an exact fit when I purchased it. It took me about 5 minutes to figure out how to make it work. This is of much better quality than the original system. I highly recommend it.

Fácil de instalar y buen funcionamiento pero el gas quemado ensucia y tizna la chimenea donde se instaló. Muy decorativo, más no para tenerlo encendido mucho tiempo.

Great product! The 40 lbs recommended glass size was perfect. The installation was simple especially if running a propane tank. I converted to a natural gas line. Went to Home Depot and in the grill section they sell a conversion kit for 20$. It was plug and play from there. If I had any complaints the pilot light is definitely too high as mentioned so I’ll have to figure that out, and also the pilot light switch mounting box is a little jenky but I made it work. Wish that part was set up a little better. All in all, solid 4.5 overall. We love it!!

I was able to find this drop in burner kit for a reasonable price after I compared many stores. Great product and workmanship at an excellent price. What separates this from the rest is the fantastic customer service. They are super responsive to any questions and seem to really enjoy giving expert advice on whatever diy situation you might have. Highly recommend. In addition, the hisencn fire pit pan coming with a Ignitor, the price is very favorable. For this reason, I cost less money for the 24"x8" drop in pan. Then I quick stop at my local big box building supply store, I was able to purchase a clearance table, and in a few hours of cutting a hole to fit this pan, an easy job, and replacement plumbing, I now have a fire table that I am proud of, and my family and friends can enjoy for many years.
