Listed wrong dimensions. Picture lists inside diameter as 19mm, but that's actually the outside diameter of the piece. Too small to fit my hi hat stand.

Been using this on my hi-hat for the past half year or so, it works well. Nothing fancy about it, but you aren't paying for anything fancy.
