We’re installing new hardwood engineered flooring throughout the house so we needed an attractive black 72” threshold to set off the new entry. The house is white with black trim and black double doors. This threshold fit the bill perfectly. I’ll post pictures after the install.The transaction and communications were excellent. It was well packaged and very fast delivery!! Thank you and look forward to future purchases from this vendor.

I needed to replace a threshold that was damaged during a remodel . The dimensions of this threshold looked like it would work so I ordered it up. The finish and overall appearance is much nicer than the threshold it is replacing, and a direct customer service number on the listing was very convenient for a few questions that came up during the install.Highly recommend!!!

Make sure you understand the return policy. The product was fine, just not exactly what we were looking for. The seller charged us for return shipping plus a restocking fee, which totaled just under $12. The listing said "This item can be returned in its original condition for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt." There is no mention of a Restocking Fee. Be aware of this if you're not 100% sure you want this product.

Came well packaged and not damaged. Always a plus when spending $80 a piece. Easy to install - just put down your favorite flavor of caulk and slide ‘er in. I painted the piece of wood for extra protection since mine are sitting on concrete.
