Your cart is empty.This is a Inswing Exterior Threshold. The size is 7 13/16 inches x 36 inch Uncut. This is a Mill Exterior Threshold, the Color is SILVER. This is Raw aluminum, not a finish. This threshold has a COMPOSITE CAP and COMPOSITE BASE. The Composite Base is the full length of the threshold. Our Thresholds are Uncut Uncut- means the Length is untrimmed to allow the Customer to cut down the size they need. The untrimmed size is normally around 36 1/2 inches. The COMPOSITE Cap is Adjustable, it looks like a Oak Finish.

Was not very suitable, the cost was not worth it, sent back, haven't received money back..ordering a new door cost a bit more but was easier for installation and quality.

This was exactly what I needed to replace the old one that was allowing water inside the house. It was a bit longer then needed but I was able to use a circular saw with no problem, just make sure to wear eye protection cause metal will fly at your face when doing it. It looks great and haven’t had any more leaks.

Very solid construction, parts fit snugly together, just feels solid and high quality for the price. At some point, one of the screw caps (over the elevation screws) went missing. Not sure if in shipping or handling on site. Customer service understood and shipped another cap same day as phone call. Very happy with Hartford Building Products response.

I needed to replace a threshold because of water damage. This threshold fulfilled the necessary requirements for a 36 inch door. I utilized a composite based threshold so it would not rot if more water got in. The threshold has an adjustable cap (it adjusts approximately 3/8 of an inch). The door was not quite level of square which created multiple issues but the threshold did the job. I would have liked to screw down the threshold to the sub floor (in the area of the cap) but could not do so without defeating the adjustable feature which I needed. So I used adhesive and hopefully it will hold. It has so far after 3 months. The picture shows the threshold now with a storm door outside of it. Now the water problem should be solved and the threshold looks great.
