This system fits king and queen beds with long wood side rails. The side rails should include narrow wooden lips inside each wood side rail. Measurement from top of the lip to floor must be between 7.5 and 17.5 down to the floor. Your bed must include either a box spring, foundation or bunkie board to place your mattress upon. Mattress CANNOT be placed on bars alone. This is the most sturdy and longest lasting support system you can purchase. Super Heavy Duty and it can support over 2000 pounds, making this a best option for bariatric or heavier couples. The King and Queen systems comes with 12 adjustable feet for total support throughout the entire frame. Both systems fit beds that are low profile and are 7.5 to 17.5 inches off the floor. Installation only takes a few minutes of your time to place the system inside your bed frame, adjust the leg height by turning the feet and to attach the system to your existing bed frame rails. The system comes with 8 wood screws to attach to your wooden bed frame quickly.

Product support was excellent way before igotitem. Since this item was decommissioned, product support suggested newer and better item. Received new item in timely manner. Well constructed with thick metal. All hardware there. It took me and my wife to assemble it. Suggest metal wrench and socket sets to tighten nuts as plastic one is ineffective. I had to drill two additional holes to level item and keep it level. Used bolts provided and nuts. Compared to original item, this one is superb with stronger base system. I would suggest some liquid soap to make it easier to slide sleeves onto riveted supports. Make sure you place nut into end of sleeve, that info not available. Hammer nut into end with block of wood until it seats. Liquid soap on Lin end of sleeve helps supports slide easier and use block of wood and hammer to seat sleeve all the way in. I am extremely satisfied with the quality and superb support this item delivers and would recommend to anyone who is stickler for safety.

Bought these to add some stability to our box spring. I used to have 2 from the bed but added these 4. It was easy to set up. Now my bed doesn't move at all and super solid. Also shout out because before they shipped the company called to confirm they were exactly what I needed. 5 stars for sure for going above and beyond. Loved the adjustable height and easy of putting together just make sure you make note iff you need the extension before putting them on

We needed to replace our old metal bed slates that are supposed to hold your bed. I found these and read the reviews and they did not disappoint. I was first contacted by a customer service agent the next day after placing the order to make sure that our current bed met the requirements of the bed slates. The gentleman that called was so courteous and friendly. We received the slats a day earlier than expected. These are NOT cheaply build slats! They are much more heavier that what we originally had and I am thirties that we now have 12 feet that are tightly secured to the slats instead of the 5 that came with the cheap one we have had for years. On a side note we do have a Sleep Number bed that is 13 years old and it works wonderfully with it. Great product and excellent customer service!!!! If I could I would give this company 10 stars!!!

Great company, great customer service, great product! Needed good support for my new bed that unfortunately I had waited a year to put up as didn’t have time. Once new bed was assembled my 100 pound child climbed on and the lathe board broke and legs broke. Searched everywhere for solutions and nothing looked sturdy enough except for these. I placed the order in a hurry and tue next day I went to see when would be delivered and it said not for over a week, well I couldn’t wait that long so I cancelled my order. The company called and stated if I could verify some information about my bed they could have them out that day. Well I was on a long work shift so I text the number back and they responded. Verified everything so they knew they would work. I received them the NEXT day!!! They are good quality, good quality screws, bolts, etc. Included was every type of hardware to work for any bed so if you don’t keep your bed you have the hardware to use it on another bed, that impressed me! Thank you so much for going above and beyond with your customer service to make sure this worked and for the extremely quick shipping!! Saved me thousands of dollars as I was just going to go purchase another new bedroom set instead as I don’t have the time!! Thank you again and don’t hesitate to purchase this. Also fyi to any non handy people out there my 13 yo and myself assembled this by ourselves so ANYONE can!

These supports are high quality and heavy duty. We installed these on our King size bed frame and there are zero sags, zero jumps, and zero movement. As a bonus the customer service is top shelf. Doug called to double check that these supports would work for our bed. You don’t get that everyday. I highly recommend these supports and this seller.

I am so thankful for them. I had a horrible time trying to find replacement bed slats for my king size bed since one of the original legs on the bed broke. I finally looked on Amazon and found Stlbeds and they had what I needed for my bed. I ordered it and it came within the time frame they quoted me after contacting me to verify I ordered the correct kind for my bed. It was very easy to put together. I am so glad to finally have my mattress and box springs off of the floor and have my bed back together again.

Got a call from the dealer to confirm size. It went out the same day and delivered the next day. Very easy to assemble. We were missing 2 wing nuts and had to run to the hardware store, was the only issue. We had trouble finding got support for our high profile king poster bed and this is just the height and support we needed!!! Thanks STLbeds!!! Would buy again
