It was great for a few months of gaming and made it easy to hook up HDMI for the Wii, but it didn’t last too long and has stopped working.

I purchased this to play Wii on a newer TV. It works like a charm, just make sure you change the setting in the TV to read HDMI. Absolutely amazing product and the price just works.

Over the years I have bought 2 of these. The 1st one, not from here, the sound never worked, never sure if it was the design or broken product so decided to get a new one and IT WORKS. Sound, picture, all I could ask for. Just plug it in with the HDMI already installed and away you go. I use mine on a 4K TV. It does no up-scaling, what you expect for this price? And where you going to get the extra definition for 1080p never mind 4K.As I said all I needed was Wii to HDMI with sound and picture for a TV with no other inputs apart from OTA RG6. It worked and I am happy.

Worked like a charm for me. I was trying to find a longer Wii cable so when I ran them behind the wall and up to my TV you wouldn't see a bunch of cords hanging from a wall mounted TV. This was the perfect item, plugged in and worked instantly, didn't even have to change settings like you do on the ps3 to change cables. Been using this for over a month, light use on the Wii, but no issues at all. 5 out of 5 stars, would definitely buy again.

Does not work. I connected this to my Wii, then to a High End $99 Cinnamon HDMI Cable, then to my $3500 75” Samsung Q6 TV and got nothing but blurred picture and horrible sound.Of course the return period had passed before I even got my TV that was on Back Order and now this is sitting in my garage on a shelf as scrap electronics.DO NOT BUY !!! DOES NOT WORK !!!
