Works like a dream. You do need to hang on to the old remote to retrieve the internal switch settings to make it function. Instructions are provided and it's quite simple! Recommended!

Came exactly as advertised. Includes wall mount. No battery. No box.. Wrapped up and in a bag. Pretty well packaged as it seemed well protected.I'm guessing these are about as good as they get. My fan light has a dimmer function that you adjust by pressing and holding the light button. It cycles to bright then dim etc. However the light keeps flashing on and off as you go.The fan has a built in LED light. This remote works with this Home Decorators Collection Model #YG449A-BN.Really it's just a terrible design of the fan, so I'm not blaming the remote here. It works just as well as the OEM remote.
