These hinges are perfect for adding another 1-1/2” of width for door openings. Everything about these are great, quality, fit, color, ease of installation. Probably buy more!

These offset hinges allow the door to go into the room and be more flush with the door frame. Our house is older and we have narrow doors into the bathroom sand bedrooms. These allow for a few more inches.

These off set hinges are good quality and just fine. However, the screws they supplied with it were a shocker! They were like "trim" screws! They were way too thin and slide right into the original screw holes with no grip at all. So, I had to use the original old screws instead. Now "thankfully" I can use these extra "trim" screws for any other house projects if need to. :-) Should I ever have to use the old hinges again for another door then I'll have to buy the right size screws. By the way, the original old hinge screws of mine were not black in color to match these black off set hinges and so I simply used a black marker and colored the screw heads and it is now not noticeable.

My husband is in a wheelchair and often all it takes is a 1-2 more inches to get through the door. These hinges work!

I couldn't get an ambulatory chair into the bathroom because the edge of the door was in the way. These hinges moved the edge of the door out of the way. Wonderful. They install easy. You may need something under the door to lift it into position. Install the hinges on the door first. If it looks like the hinges are upside down (hinge pin head on bottom), remove the hinge pin and reinstall them on the top. If the door doesn't close properly, loosen the screws on the hinges-one hinge at a time-and ensure the hinge is seated properly in the cutout. All of this, including adjustments, took maybe 15-20 minutes.
