Love it, but, it sticks. That's the only reason for the three stars. No one wants to spend so much time cleaning this product.

Item lid was broken and end broken off. It still heats, so, I just use it anyway. Came with recipe book which was dirty and pages stuck together. Was listed as "used, like new."

was looking for past same name product...but even tho this is not that one, i am learning to love...i kept the older one, so now i have choices..one for 8" pizzas, home made(original)..snd new for my version of hot pockets!!..

Arrived as promised from the buyer. No issues. My old Express was falling apart I had used it so much and is hard to find today but Amazon came through. The new GT Express is as manageable, easy to use and clean as the original one. It prepares excellent meals, eggs, pancakes as well as various edible delights. Thank you.

I love this product! I make 2 of my grandchildren omelette for breakfast before going to school each morning! They love them and really don't want anything else! Since this is done at 5:30 AM each school morning, it being done in a timely manner is very important! The GT Xpress 101 is fabulous! Quick, does the job it says it will and is very easy to clean. No extra oil or butter is needed! Can't wait to try some of the sandwiches that are shown in the presentation! Using it to warm leftovers is a snap! Great product!Have not found any of the issues others have posted with the 2 GT Xpresss that we won and use nearly every day!!!

I wore out one of these a year ago and I have missed it for a few years. Recently I found one on Amazon and ordered it. I won't pretend you can fix anything on it, but if you want some eggs or an omelet quickly, or other stuff in the cookbook, hey, this is the thing to get. Be creative! Most cooking things aren't worth what they ask. This one is. Get it.

I HAVE A-READY SET GO- WHICH I USE FREQUENTLY BUT WANTED A NEW ONE BECAUSE IT HAS SOMETHING STUCK TO IT. DON'T USE COOKING SPRAY ON HIGH HEAT PRODUCTS LIKE THESE. OIL WORKS BEST & MAKES THEM EASY TO CLEAN(JUST PUT A WET PAPER TOWEL INSIDE(WHILE HOT BUT UNPLUGGED)& CLOSE COVER & LET SIT WHILE YOU EAT). MAYBE IT'S BECAUSE I MADE EGGS 1ST THAT THIS PRODUCT BECAME A NIGHTMARE TO CLEAN WITH EVERYTHING GLUED TO IT. I WILL SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY & GET ANOTHER-READY SET GO.
