Unscrew the 4 screws that are screwed into your hot dog roller
Using the same screws you removed from the hot dog roller, screw the gray pieces onto the machine.
Unscrew the screws from the nuts on both sides of the metal support bar.
While one person is holding the glass pieces in place, the other should place the support bar into place and screw the screws back into the nuts.

Easy to put together. Would have liked some sort of rubber barrier where glass met glass but over all met expectations. Heavy glass and will serve purpose.
