First off love the color of this. Easy to use and the size is perfect. It’s not too big and not too small. Easy to clean. Cooks food fast.

This grill is really versatile (you can use it as a traditional grill and a Korean BBQ-style "hot plate"). The plate is removable (thank goodness!) and very easy to clean. The temp settings are adjustable, and this is how you can alternate between grill styles. I was impressed by how evenly it heats, and the net that comes with it is perfect for smaller food items.

the bottom gets very hot so we use it on the stovetop and outdoors on the metal deck table. the heat adjustment truly is on or off. for grilling it's perfect for getting that sear on meat or fish. for the griddle it will cook the eggs and pancakes fast so don't walk away.

I love to make pancakes on here. And the little compartments are genius. It keeps my eggs and bacon warm while I finish the rest of breakfast. I have also cooked steak on here. You can change the temperature on it as well. The material is strong .

As long as I can remember, I have had desktop grill. In the last 50 years I've probably had a half-dozen different ones. So, I was excited to see this one available. When it arrived, my wife unpacked it. Her first comment was, "this looks like cheap junk." The non-stick plate is a very thin metal plate. The first use was in cooking a pound of bacon, which it did OK, but the plate had a tendency to slide around on top of the heating unit. The adjustable heat control went from either not cooking at all to full-on scorch. I couldn't find a happy medium. The non-stick top doesn't retain or diffuse enough heat to make cooking a smooth process.Using the supplied tongs, I actually pulled the top part way off while trying to turn some bacon that had firmly attached itself to the top. After finishing the bacon, I tossed a couple of frozen burger patties on the grill. The metal is so thin that the temperature shock to the plate caused the plate to pop and warp far enough that it no longer sat flat on the heating element. Eventually, it returned to a flat surface, but when it popped, it launched some of the cooking oil out on the counter. It was enough that had I been the target, it would have caused a rather nasty burn. The directions that come with it recommend not using it on top of a glass top stove, so I put it on our granite countertop instead. When finished, I was surprised at how much heat the grill had transferred to the granite top. I think if I had tried that on a plastic laminate counter top or a hardwood table, it would have had left burn marks on the top.I previously mentioned that the non-stick top is thin. The edges are also sharp. While hand washing the top, I sliced open a finger deeply enough to draw blood. So, the rest of the functions may be fine, but the grill top would be our primary usage and it fails miserably in that regard. In the end, I have to agree with my wife's first assessment of it. It's headed to the dumpster.

I've been looking for an indoor grill for a while now. So when a chance to review this came up, I took it.It's an *interesting* color - at least my review sample - that doesn't really fit in with anything I have, but that's a minor point. It comes with a griddle type surface (which must be seasoned,) a grill top and drip tray, three little trays, some skewers and tongs. The skewers ... are workable, but I'd probably toss them. They're just bent, pointy sheet metal with somewhat sharp edges. The tongs are thin and sharp edged, and feel like they'd bend if I stared intently at them for more than 30 seconds. The small trays might be useful - I haven't found a use for them yet, but they're trays. You'll probably want to pull the handles off of them to pull the protective wrap off, though. The grill itself works fine, though. It's a basic heating element with thermostat, no big surprises. I can't speak to how accurate the thermostat is, but it does heat up fairly quickly and heat seemed consistent across the element. It is easy to use - but again, basic electric grill, there's not a lot to do wrong.Cleanup is easy as well - what needs to come apart or off does so simply and cleans up quickly. All in all? Fits my needs, gives a good workable size, and it's not a headache to clean up or get ready for the next use. Again, I'd probably just dump the skewers and tongs - carefully, thanks to the sharp edges - but otherwise it's a decent little grill. not fancy but it gets the job done, and that's pretty much all I'm looking for.
