I have Grohe shower and sink for more than 20 years and suddenly both stopped working.Fortunately I was able to find the spare parts on Amazon and installed them. Now my shower and sink are working again,

The part was incompatible with the system. Returning it unopened proved to be a nightmare ordeal , and i have yet to get a refundyou should recheck your relationship with the supplier

Had to replace the Grohe Thermostat Cartridge in our shower because it only lasted 24 years.
