This is supposed to smell like white tea and cucumber, but it doesn't really smell like fresh cucumber or tea. It's got a bit of an unpleasant smell, almost plasticky, so I have to rinse the dogs out really well and spray them down after a bath to be tolerable. The conditioning effect is good, but the smell is not.

As long as you make it a little stronger and let it sit it's great. You can add a shot of other conditioner to make a really good deshed boost. KEEP IN MIND, as with all products especially conditioners having hard vs soft water will determine dilution ratio as well as ease of rinse. I use this and others in a professional facility.

This is chunky goop that doesn't mix well in water and smells like a chemical factory. Also does not seem to add any benefit to my dogs coat. Would not buy again

I groom my kids dog. He’s an Australian Shepherd with a dense undercoat and this left him silky smooth. You can’t see it in the picture but he’s so cute I put it up anyway!

This is a smell good conditioner. It's not the most conditioning, nor does it make the coat as soft as others I ha e tried,, BUT the smell is what keeps me coming back to this product. My customers love it as well. I tried to switch up on them once, they weren't happy. So I bought another gallon. Now everyone is happy.
