I'm a dog groomer and Nature's Specialties is the BEST shampoo I've used. This isn't a review about the product, but the shipping.They really should've put bubble wrap or something in the box to keep the bottles from rolling around all over the box. Who knows how much shampoo I lost. It's all over the box, and the bottles, and another item I ordered that was in the box with the shampoo.Luckily the other item is in plastic. So it's not jacked up. Nothing was damaged or missing. And not a big deal to clean up.Just kinda lame.

This is a great product. I’m in love with how great it works and it came highly recommended. The scent last for about 5 days after washing and is still really strong for two days after bathing them. The picture shown was taken right after I opened the box and you can clearly see the bottle leaked. Which is very disappointing considering the cost. Please find a way to fix this or ship your bottles sealed. My neem shampoo did not leak however I noticed neither one had a seal on it.

I’ve been using this on my long coated mutt’s fur for most of his life. It makes his hair soft and helps with comb out. But unlike a lot of conditioners, it doesn’t make his hair greasy, nor does it cause it to get dirty sooner. I think it’s good for his skin too! It’s very concentrated, so definitely dilute with a lot of water. A little goes a long way.

This oatmeal creme rinse worked great on our rescue puppy! She had the worst dander I've seen, skin scales with hairloss, and minor red spots when we got her from a local rescue. We put her on high quality food. I gentlely exfoliated the scales and treated them with an apple cider vinegar tea mix, then applied 1% cordisone cream. (This wasn't a mite issue or serious skin disease issue. Looked like poor nutrition and bad care. She was underweight too.) After two baths with a coconut oil shampoo and this oatmeal creme, her dander is now only a couple of flakes (normal). Her skin scales and irritation are gone. So so so HAPPY!!! Will be trying the matching shampoo next. Worth every penny! Smells great and gets results!

I bought this product because it was recommended by my cousin who’s been in the dog business for over 7yrs. I LOVE IT. It’s perfect for my mini poodle. I specifically bought this shampoo because I wanted to take care of my poodles coat and skin and make sure he was always ok(he current doesn’t have any issues, I just like to play it safe) it smells great and does it’s job. I also bought the conditioner and it leaves his coat so smooth and easy to brush out!

The only negative I have to say about product was even when diluted it was hard to rinse from her fur. Maybe I needed to leave it on longer (or dilute more), she doesn't tolerate being cold well.I have a terrier mix, soft coated, 9 yr old, with a penchant for hot spots and itching.The positives far outweigh the negatives:Her hair was the softest I've ever felt on ANY dog.She doesn't seem to be itching as much, and that is a nice change. She does have one "spot" that she agitated before the bath, but seems to be leaving it alone.Since I have only used it once I don't know how I will feel down the line. I washed her two days ago, and being a "low Flyer" I'm surprised she has stayed so clean... Maybe it does repel dirt...The scent was pleasant. Fresh. It did not linger after the bath. It is not perfumed, per se. It is not girly, nor masculine. Just quietly Fresh.I never understood "Moisturizing" from a creme rinse or shampoo, I can say that her skin is not dried out.

Wow! I bought this because our Chihuahua/Beagle mix has such dry, itchy skin (no fleas or allergies). The hardest part is letting it sit for 10 minutes then same with the cream rinse. But, in the end it is worth it. Added benefits I didn't plan on are the yummy scent and how incredibly soft it leaves his coat! Since the results were so good I went ahead and used it on all four of our dogs to benefit them. They all got much softer and itch less in general. It was worth the expense and I'll stick to this line from now on.
