Worked great first time but wouldn't fill aquarium, only siphon. Now my second time using it won't siphon, it's only filling the aquarium. I'm following provided instructions very closely, and trying everything else possible with no success. I do not recommend.

Easy to assemble and the parts all seem to be good quality, especially the brass connectors. It worked as advertised but the suction is not as effective as Python - the tubing seems smaller. But at about half the price, it's a really good value. Would like a longer tube to more easily reach the bottom of my 240 gallon tank.

This is one of my favorite tools for taking care of a large fish tank! The only problem with it is that the connections to the faucet do leak. I purchased rubber covers for the faucet joints from Rinseroo, and they work great.

When I first got it, the packaging is great. The products look great but when I try to use it, it’s so hard to use and it wouldn’t suck up any of the dirty water that’s in the tank and when it’s replacing water, it goes so slow and it gets stuck. Honestly, you guys should buy a different type. Don’t waste your money on this.

After having this for awhile I've only had maybe 2 or more good water changes . I did enjoy it at 1st .After awhile the hoses get dangled and the pressure on the vacuum hose can pop off from pressure, Unfortunately the product did not last after a few months .I was out of the return window . But the company reached out to me regardless to make the situation correct and gave a refund for the mishap and advice on the product .So it doesn't hurt to try the product you may have longer success with it and the company will cover the product no question . So it's worth a shot .
