Weight of Tom makes the rail mount wobble when playing. There are only 2 bolts anchoring it to bass drum. Rail base is narrow, and even tightened as much as possible, it still wobbles. A wider base and 4 bolts would remedy this in my opinion. I may take it off, and plug the holes, and go back to Ludwig Tom stand!

Recomendable

Gibraltar quality at a great price. I use this arm to hold my legless Hi-Hat. On my Rack system. Adjustability is amazing .

Awesome little arm, so adjustable, now my hi-hat pedal is right next to my kick pedal, no more reaching. Love it!

I bought this to support the SC-200 grabber arm which I use to hold my Roland TD-50 module. It is really easy to adjust and it works perfectly. It is solid and holds the position in which I set it. It has helped me reduce the floor space of my drum set.

Produkt entsprach meinen Vorstellungen, ist genau so wie ich es haben wollte, jedoch befinden sich auf der Halterung Beschädigungen, die etwas unschön sind.

This is a fairly cool piece of hardware- not sure if I would pay the full price on it but maybe (I got a big discount by using amazon warehouse deals on it) This is one of those items that you can use to ":index" your kit if you do a lot of takd down and set up- I.e. gigs and rehearsals- as well as keeping items from shifting during performance. I like the assurance of playing the same kit (i.e. all of the stuff in the same place-height-angle) every time and it staying there. I am currently using this with one end attached to the bass drum leg (1" bass drum legs") of my right bass drum (index clamp also)- the other end attached to the center stand holding my center set of toms and 3 cymbals (indexed again). this means that when I set up the relationship of all of these items -bass drum-2 toms and 3 cymbals- will always be identical. It also keeps the bass drum from creeping with the added ballast of the stand.this is a very versatile piece for other uses as well. and the rotating ball makes it fairly easy to get into a needed position.a big pro- is that both clamping ends have indexing cutouts so you can use a memory clamp om the items at either end. The only con is that there is no type of memory clamp- nor is there a notch for an indexing type clamp-at the telescoping point of the retractable arm.

I originally thought this was expensive for what it is. However, after getting my hands on this product, I can tell you that it is worth every penny. Very solid, extremely industrious, and has some of the best hardware available. The clamps are strong and adjustable. The flex arm allows me to get the exact angle I need for the application.I use it mostly to attach my Nord Drum 3p to my existing set. I can play with confidence using this arm, knowing it's not going to let up.

A versatile piece of hardware. I use it for a no leg hihat stand also made by Gibraltar. Attached to a cymbal stand which is mounted in a stealth rack. Really cool setup. Easy to use. Highly recommended. This will not attach to 1.5 inch rack tubes those are too big
