It really is as easy as 1-2-3: 1, Open the FastClamp just like a clothespin; 2, Close the FastClamp on the stand just like a clothespin; 3, Now the FastClamp holds the clamp in place so you can tighten the T-bolt. Quick-Set Tilter The toothless "Quick-Set" tilter securely holds position with the friction of six metal disc plates instead of traditional gears so you can adjust it to any angle you desire. This mechanism also has a more durable structure than the conventional gear tilter.

Great hardware. Very durable. I was using a very very light weight stand to hold up my 20” ride and it would fall down instantly unless I used my spare snare stand to rig it up to keep it from falling... then I ordered this and evened the weight on both sides and now I don’t have to use the snare stand to hold up the lightweight cymbal stand. Great buy. Will be buying another one.

I installed this on a Tom arm, holding up a 16" crash. It hasn't budged, and easily supports the cymbal and my heavy metal antics.I have limited floor space and was looking for an option to add a cymbal without needing another entire stand - glad I found this. I plan to purchase a few more of these over the next couple years as I expand my set.
