As a pediatric therapist I wanted to buy this for my practice as the kids would really benefit, even though there were some negative reviews. I bet the bullet upon opening the box. The hydraulics were leaking everywhere. The boxes were stained and actively leaking fluid all over the equipment one of them appeared to be frozen, I initiated a return but lost 20% of my purchase price to a restocking fee which is in my opinion crap as this item won’t be restocked it will be thrown away. You don’t restock a defective piece. If I thought it could be repaired I would’ve kept it. I was even considering buying it again hoping the second time would be the charm, but after losing 20% of my money to a restocking fee, I’m not willing to risk losing more , disappointed very disappointed

All of the parts came and worked one of the weldings that held the Piston and the rowing arm was off I had to use a clamp to bend it as I tightened the bolt during assembly. If this wasn't an issue or gets resolved in manufacturing I think this product is easily 5 stars. Without the issue I had this would have been a 10-15 minute assembly. My 4yr old loves the finished product though, I would recommend with the warning that it may have an issue.

4 stars instead of 5 because the company didn't include the right number of screws to attach the handles. I managed to attached the handle with the longer screw that was provided, but sits a little funny, and I'm not sure how long it'll hold properly. It shipped fast, but the box was torn which I suppose is a post office problem. My son is 4.5 yrs old and has autism, he seeks pressure/input to his arms a lot so I figured this would be a good purchase. I like the size, it doesn't take up much room, it takes some muscle to pull for a little kid, but that's what my son needs. It's nice & sturdy feeling too which is nice, the price was definitely reasonable for the product. My son has used some of the other fitness equipment this company makes (bike, treadmill, elliptical) and is a little more excited about those than this. Wish the feet pedals were a little higher up or adjustable since my son has a hard time using properly, but he'll grow into it soon enough.

THIS IS A GREAT EXERCISE PIECE OF EQUIPMENT FOR KIDS. MY 6 YEAR OLD GRANDSON LOVES IT. AND IT GIVES HIM THE ABILITY TO CHALLENGE AND INCREASE HIS STRENGTH. I THINK ALL KIDS WOULD BENEFIT FROM THIS MACHINE.
