This is a great rotary trimmer. It’s easy to use and cuts a clean line.

I purchased this paper trimmer because of the titanium blade. However, the blade was very dull and the trimmer appeared to have been used. Once I replaced the titanium blade with a regular blade it cut much better. There is too much "play" in the trimmer runner itself and I have to be very careful to pull it exactly right or it wanders off and does not cut straight. Not recommending this trimmer.
