My very first one lasted maybe 12-15 years. I liked it well enough that when the little metal cutting cable frayed, I had to get a replacement. I have a really nice larger guillotine type, but this cutterbis very handy for smaller jobs. I also fine it actually accurate.

I have a bigger sized too, but wanted one for work. Didn’t realize it won’t cut a full 11” sheet in one cut. Have to do half/half and hope it doesn’t get bent. Still cuts and works great and easy to use though.
