I'm not sure what is going on, but it looks like it arrived already used. It looks like wood debris is all over the bit. The bit also seems not as sharp as it should be. I bought it to use on aluminum, so now I am not comfortable doing so.

This is the worst endmill I’ve ever used. Chatters like crazy, tried a bunch of different feeds and speeds in 6061. Used it for one job and then threw it in the trash. Probably best suited for plastics or soft woods.
