1. Will need you to really setup the air pressure right on ,or it won't work .2. The only reason I bought this one 6 months ago is the safety trigger which it came lose and off somehow in my shop .Can't find it .and I can't find out where to buy it .So now if im not too careful when I grab the gun it will shoot out few staples which is so dangerous! It mghit get my coworkers hurtHad hard time to contact the seller too .

Suggest you buy the best staples you can find Today's staples are weak, junk and jam in all the different guns.

I needed a long nose stapler for reach/access into tight spaces. The nose tip is thin which was a bonus for a project I had that had tight grooves (where fabric finishes against show wood). The tool worked well- but my 2 biggest gripes are:(1) the safety catch is a pain to hold back during use- I taped over it to save my fingers from hurting after 2 mins.(2) the staples weren’t driven all the way in compared with my other staple gun. I was operating at around 80psi which is well within the specified range. I had to apply more physical pressure to hold the stapler against the surface of the wood in order for the staples to be driven fully tight.

When I first got it I couldn't wait to use it. Had it for over a month before I could. First usage was great, was really pleased as I do a lot of upholstery. Took another couple of months before I needed it again and it started ok then the nose quit shooting staples. I looked at it and found it had a gap. So I tried to get replacement parts and no go. Went to the manufacturer web site and it sent me to Amazon to buy a new one. So now I have a worthless piece of Junk. Doesn't even work for a door stop!

Love it. I apholster boat seats and some places are hard to get into to tack. This tool is perfect to finish the job.

This FASCO stapler is worth every dollar spent. Don't even waste your time with an electric type. This pneumatic, long reach stapler allows me to assemble boat cushions in minutes when it used to take much longer. The trigger safety is well designed, and use it because this stapler does not have a press down safety. Have not had one misfire or bent staple. Great! I especially benefitted when installing hidem strips. I put the stapler beak in the groove and shoot repeatedly very fast along the strip. I found that 70-75 psi works very well for this unit. Be careful not to trip the cartridge release with your pinky finger, or your staples will drop out. I did it once. Excellent purchase. I would buy another one in a minute. I found out that parts are available online if ever needed.

Works great!! I am reupholstering several chairs. The first chair was done by a hand stapler which took about a week and about a week for my hand to recover. The second chair was done with this new stapler and I finished in two days and it worked great. Was very easy to work with. The only possible draw back was the safety trigger just took a little while to get use to but within a few minutes I got the hang of it. Would highly recommend this product.

Used the staple gun for one project recovering about 40 chairs for a restaurant. Heard good things about Fasco products, mine functioned as expected, it was flawless. Made my job easy and would buy one again if the need arises but don't expect this one to die out anytime in the next ten years. Saved over $500 even after purchasing material and Fasco staple gun needed. Don't even attempt to do this with a store bought manual or electric staple gun, I learned the hard way it will just frustrate you. Remember not for all do it yourselfers, this is a professional product and will require an air compressor so do your research. GREAT PRODUCT. Also Use- GREX C06 22 3/8-Inch Crown 3/8-Inch Length Galvanized Staples (10,000 per box) found on Amazon.
