I grabbed these since the ones that came with my elite were getting a little ragged and rough.These are hands down, better than the stock sticks in terms of feel and smoothness of the thumb pad.They feel so nice to use and have held up extremely well to hours of use a day for 60 days at this point.I am incredibly happy with these.Absolutely highest recommendation I can give for these if you are looking for spares, replacements or a little bit of an upgrade. Exceptional quality, fit is perfect, feel is better than great. All in all an easy 10/10
