These are great drumheads. That's not the problem. The problem was that Amazon didn't pack this in anything other than the thin cardboard box that these usually come in, which provides ZERO protection in shipping, and the rim of the drumhead was BENT out of round. I was able to bend it mostly back into shape, and luckily I was still able to install it on the drum without any puckering. But I almost returned it as damaged just on principal. BEWARE of ordering drumheads from Amazon, because NO care is taken to prevent damage in shipping. I will get my drumheads elsewhere from now on.

Das erste Fell bestellt, war ziemlich günstig also 15 min später noch eins bestellt. 20 Zoll weiß ohne Loch. Pakete kommen Das erste 18 Zoll mit Loch. Kann passieren das zweite genau das selbe. Also gehe ich davon aus das es vorsätzlich war oder bei ihnen arbeiten zum Großteil nur Analphabeten. Eine Info das der Artikel nicht mehr vorrätig ist wäre günstiger gekommen. Ich bin enttäuscht.

Evans resonant drum heads by far exceed all the others and the white ones set off my vintage kit just right and the warmth and tones they bring out will not let your ears or your fans down! Plus they are the most durable heads on the market in my opinion and I'm I heavy player and they stand up to plenty of abuse!

This head has some serious tone to it. It fit perfect on my bass drum. I did learn to start watching on this size of head if the hoop is made for bass drums or toms. I never really paid attention until I got this smaller kit with only a 16" kick drum. I like this head. I have one with a port hold cut in it for when I play somewhere outside or a big audience, and I switch it out with this one (no hole) for when I can play a little softer or without any mics. Never gone wrong with an Evans head. That I can count on.

Achetée pour faire le pendant de sa sœur EQ3 clear en frappe. Qualité Evans, rien à redire. J'avais hésité avec une peau blanche lisse, mais le sablage ne rend pas mal du tout. J'ai acheté cette peau non percée et je ne la percerai pas. Mais pourquoi donc, Shuffle Master, ne perceras-tu pas cette peau, alors que tout le monde le fait? Eh bien, je vais vous le dire.Parce que ça ne sert à rien et que c'est purement esthétique, si tant est que l'esthétique puisse se résumer à un trou. Je sais qu'il y a des exemples célèbres et qui ont fait scandale en leur temps, mais il n'est pas indispensable de se courber devant l'opinion majoritaire.L'argument habituel des défenseurs du trou, c'est le micro placé dans la grosse caisse: ça ne tient pas. Quand on joue dans un bar, généralement la batterie n'est pas sonorisée. Quand elle l'est, les sonorisateurs ont suffisamment de ressources techniques pour faire sonner une grosse caisse comme ils l'entendent. ou comme ils veulent qu'on l'entende.Les arguments contre sont plus solides:- pour le batteur, la découpe va avoir des conséquences sur l'impact de la batte, et donc sur son jeu. De plus, lors de la découpe, on risque d'endommager la peau.- enfin et surtout, si on réfléchit deux minutes, on remarque que les peaux des autres fûts ne sont pas percées. Pourquoi la grosse caisse le serait-elle? Pour laisser échapper l'air, il y a les évents, plus les systèmes de fixation des toms pour les caisse percées. I wanted a center port in my kick, so I had to buy this and port it myself. It is a very nice head and sounds good. I'd recommend this head to any drummer. Definitely great in combination with an EMAD batter head.
