I have back up generators, but no way to monitor the current flow or voltage when they are in use. This is a nice little device to monitor current flow and voltage when the generators are used. But the way I’ve got it wired right now I can also use it With standard power as well . I gave it four stars instead of five strictly on the software interface. For one, you can only use it with a mobile device, such as tablet or phone there is no software interface for windows. And although I understand the limitations of the mobile software you can only monitor one phase at a time. I would really like to be able to open up three windows and see all three faces at the same time side-by-side. Also, the other small downfall is the Wi-Fi connection. The devices show me a poor connection to my Wi-Fi when I take an analyzer and put it next to the unit I have a very strong connection to the analyzer. I have tried re-orienting the antenna without much success.
