product is fine but seller description doesn't clearly say what state this product is compliant. waste of time installing this product. this product for NY state type meters.

Starting with price ($85.00)...which is more than I'd usually pay (usually about $60 or so)...It's a fairly standard socket. My local utility requires a ringless (which it is), horn bypass (which it also is), and a fifth jaw installed (which it isn't). So I had to order the fifth jaw kit (additional extra cost...duh). Supply chain issues suck :(
