Good controller everything that was listed came in the case I saw the other comment about the aux port I haven't tried that yet so in my opinion great controller

Control did not work. Aux port wouldn’t put out sound to head set

Didn’t come in original Microsoft packaging. Right stick was extremely slow in the y-axis. Put all controller settings to default (in game and on XB settings). Issue still persisted. Other than that, was it a real Microsoft controller. I didn’t notice any note of refurbishment in the item description. But I assume lack of packaging and dead stick, it was probably refurbished.
