The product is exactly what we wanted and looks beautiful! We did have a little bit of trouble getting it here. Amazon said the third party canceled the order and then we found out they were made to cancel by Amazon. Since it is a custom-made order it takes longer than Amazon would like it to. We had to reorder but Karen at Ekena went out of her way to make sure our order did not get lost, since it was already made and in the process of getting ready to ship. We really appreciate the customer service on their end and only wish Amazon would update their policies so the third party sellers aren’t forced to cancel. The worst part is Amazon saw the messages I had sent a day or two before it was canceled asking if it was on the way. I said it was fine if it was a little late. Ekena responded back that it would just be a couple more days yet Amazon still force them to cancel. I will be buying more Ekena products in the future for sure. I may just go directly through them. It’s absolutely beautiful and we are so happy!
