I did not realize the nonfunctional foam board gable vent was badly warped until I had applied adhesive to the vent, climbed the ladder, and pressed the vent to my exterior garage wall. When bottom was flush, the top had close to a one-inch gap. Imagine my dismay and disgust. Felt I had to continue, so I filled the top gap with expanding foam. Not sure if it is visible in the photo, but if you look at it from the side, it looks so bad. I wish I had noticed it earlier and returned it. Hope it doesn't continue to warp over time. What a disappointment!
