Have a kid severely allergic to eggs, found these this year and he was able to dye eggs for the first time! Definitely an outside project as the dye is very messy, but washes off skin with ease

Took these on a family vacation during Easter. Grandkids enjoyed coloring them and became very creative in the way they used the colors. Have used these several years and always a hit.

We didn’t want to deal with the hassle of boiling eggs this year so we bought these. We found vinegar dip dyes do not work with these to any real effect. However, the included dyes work well enough. We also found that a few drops of food coloring in a bag works as well if you want more variety in colors.

Although the package says the eggs can be used with any egg dye kit, it did NOT work at all. All the color just came off on our hands and the eggs were white again. Also, my package looked different from what was pictured so I’m not even sure the reviews are talking about the same Item. Some reviewers say they got dye packets with the kit but we got no dye packets. Watercolor markers and sharpies worked fine so that is why I gave this product 1 star. Very disappointed about not being able to dye the eggs.

I got these to send to my sister bc she couldn’t get eggs during coronavirus lockdown. I ended up keeping a couple to try. I thought they were great. The kids actually drew on them with permanent marker. I think it’s fun that we will have them next year.

You would never know it unless you're a craft nut like me, but these are FANTASTIC for using a woodworking tool (one of those heated tools you get for $9.99 at a craft store) and just carving any old shapes into. Saw a lady on Pinterest who had done it, and it really just takes one egg to practice with, hardly any "talent" per se, just imagination (or I wouldn't be doing it), and you're off.... should not be done by children unsupervised by adults who are actually WATCHING them, of course, since there is a heated and sharp wood tool involved here, of course, but it's an enjoyable craft for a bored 15-year-old with nothing else to do who needs a creative outlet, for sure, and if you happen to have these left over from Easter, well, there you go. Give it a try; you may really love it. Forget the name of the lady who did this on Pinterest, but easily found, I'm sure. I understand these are great dyed, too, which I'll probably try, and for the price, it's worth trying lots of different ideas. I know there are a ton of great craft ideas out there, if you're addicted to crafts like i am and have a patient and loving family who doesn't mind that you take over available table in the house to do them!

Our toddlers enjoyed painting these eggs. Easy for little hands to hold onto and if they happen to drop one, there are no cracks or breaks. These eggs held fast the water colors and felt tip markers that were used. We will have sweet little keepsakes for years to come.
