Feature
U-shape teeth
- diamond height 15mm, segments with U-shape grooves are sharper and improve the work effiency.
- By vacuum brazed technology, high quality are fiemly brazed on the matrix, and ensure the longer life.
Chip drain design
- Chip evacuation holes make the escape of chips or other particles of the drilling quickly removed.
- Timely chip removal ensures to a certain extent that the inside of the drill is not blocked, and can quickly dissipate heat.
5/8" Arbor
- Make sure your machine is 5/8" arbor. You need to buy adapters if your machine is M14 threaded or a hand drill.
- This is a core bit. Don't use hammer or impact mode when using them.
Good effect
- Ideal for drilling the faucet mounting holes in countertops, plumbing lines in showers.
- Recommend RPM: 6000. Max RPM: 11000.
Operation
Operation tips
- Do not use impact or hammer mode！
- Fit these drill bits on a corded drill, not a cordless drill(not enough power).
- After the drill bit is screwed on the angle grinder by hand, use a wrench to make sure it is tightened.
- Don’t apply excessive pressure. Excessive pressure will not make the bit drill faster but create excessive heat and subsequently reduce the lifetime of drill bits.
- If the drill bit is clogged with debris, add some water and clean up the blocked debris before continuing the operation.

These bits are far superior to those you find at the local hardware store. They have really improved my tile projects. I love the higher RPM’s you get cutting holes with a grinder. And I really appreciate the sturdy organizer box they came in. Really good investment if you do a lot of tile work

Just buy it, everything about it is great. If you wanna provide quality service, you must work with great tools. They are better than I expected! FYI - do not use them with a drill, they are to be used with a speed grinder. The RPM has to be high, otherwise you will burn the diamond and it will turn to shit. Remember this and don’t assume, take it from a professional

Used this on my last tile job. Works great. Efficient, cuts fast and clean. In my experience using tile hole saws in a grinder allows greater control than a drill.

Best I have used. I only gave 4-stars because this does not work well with a drill. It worked great with the grinder and a little pressure. I do recommend getting the sticky drill pads for the size fixture you use to keep the cutter from walking off. Over all pretty good.

I waited b4 submitting a review thinking I might use the same size again soon to see how it performs with multiple uses but haven't yet. I figured a review would be appreciated. I have used 3 different sizes and I must say they get the job done. After the initial 1st use after inspecting them they seem to not have deteriorated much at all. For the price I must say they are well built and perform just the same. I have purchased other sizes aside from what comes in the kit they perform just the same. I tried to attach a video to this review to no avail. I wanted to show the clean cut it makes.

Nice tool for DIY , works well , good quality for the money. We drilled some holes thru heavy granite countertops , perfect ! Only thing to mention , "Take your time to drill , no rush and use water guard to cool it" ( dont forget to put a bucked underknee the granit , into the cabinet, to catch the water if you get thru )
