Stronger Material then OEM, believe me change OEM one if not you be like me drilling out tapping broken alternator bolt (google it and see what I mean).

Worked for my 2002 Honda Odyssey. However, the old bolts sheared, so i had to find replacement bolts to complete this job.

The original Honda bracket failed in the area that the Dorman bracket has reinforcing...smart!

The alternator bracket snapped in half from a hairline crack that developed over time and slowly corroded. After failure, I welded it back up to hold for time time being until this part came. It's powder coated and very thick. I've heard of MK1 Honda Pilots going through these from time to time, but we got 18 years out of the first, so I'm thinkin' this should get it the rest of the way.

You know I'm honestly not a fan of Amazon in Canada... it mostly isn't all that great.But this time it saved my ass.Ordered the part, it came in 2 days! Put it it and I can already tell it's Better then stockYea... way better then stock. BTW I used my old nut instead of the one that came with it as it was lubed up and ready to go and it worked just fine

Fitment was exactBut manufacturing left one of the holes not cut properly, had a little ball and could not fit screw ,. Grinded it off , fixed issue
