Returned it since it doesn't do the door jam. There is another simpler product that does both door and jamb. It costs a couple dollars more but is worth it.

I used this and a small router to install a replacement door. It worked great and my hinge fit snug.

I received my hinge mortiser but the router bits were not included, just an empty bag. Frustrating!

This thing is pretty good! It comes with the router bits you need and the template to route out the mortises for a bunch of common door hinge sizes. Not the highest quality router bits, but perfectly effective for routing some hinge mortises, just don't expect to use the bits for fine detail woodworking.If you are a DIY-er with a trim router, this kit will make hanging your own doors faster and easier.
