About this item

  • A Better Way to Go: The DMI Toilet Stool puts your body in the proper position to relax your puborectalis muscle. This straightens out the colon to allow the poop to slide out with ease.
  • For Adults & Children: Fun footprint designs make it fun for children to want to use the toilet stool. Teaching them proper squatting posture at a young age, preventing harmful pushing that can lead to hemorrhoids.
  • The change to the correct squatting posture will take some time to get used to, but soon you will not believe you’ve ever pooped without this stool
  • The poop stool is crafted from durable polypropylene that lasts and is a breeze to clean and maintain. Simply wipe with a damp cloth and mild detergent and allow it to dry before next use.
  • Works best with standard toilets with a seat height of 14-16 in. Total dimensions: 18.75"W x 12.38"D x 7.62"H. Never stand on the toilet stool and children should only use it under adult supervision.

The DMI Toilet Squatting Posture Stool reduces the strain by aligning your body in its most natural bowel emptying posture. The stool is crafted from polypropylene that is sanitary, durable, and very easy to clean. The minimal design of the product works well to not be a focal point in your bathroom space. It has a 7-inch height that works best for standard toilets. Fun footprint designs give the stool a fun aesthetic that encourages children to improve their bowel movement posture.

We have a potty-training toddler in the house who wants to use the big potty like his big brothers but still needs a little help being tall enough to reach the big potty, so this stool is perfect for him! Big brothers can use it for a footrest if they choose, but little brother can use it to stand on to easily reach and use the toilet successfully. Another bonus is that this stool is lightweight but also plenty sturdy; when not in use it can easily be moved to another area in the bathroom, and when it is in use it's not bending or sagging so I feel like it's going to be something that we will be able to use for a good while in our household.

I've read articles in the past about stools that help you, "Do your business" more easily. We have elevated toilets, and raising my heels as high as I could to simulate the necessary posture can be tiring after a while. I was glad to see this product, DMI Toilet Squatting Posture Stool, become available. It stands almost 7" tall and has a width of 15". The engraved footprints are a guide that most people do not need. I did place my size 8.5 feet accordingly, but my heels hang off the stool, which makes me think this is more for a child. In addition, I personally think the stool's width should be longer to open up the hips more and another reason I believe this is for a child. I also think the height is an inch or 2 too high but good for a child. My first experience with it surprisingly aided in helping me do a second deposit! I like the nonslip feet and the way the stool tucks in around the toilet when not in use. However, I've found that it is in my way when I visit the commode later in the day and bang my heels into it as I try to sit down. After three times (I drink a lot of water), I moved the stool to the side of my toilet until I need it in the morning. BTW, the shape doesn't allow for it to also be used as a stepping stool. Regardless, I can still use this DMI stool, despite its dimensions seem like they are more for a child or very petite adult.

I ordered the DMI Toilet Squatting Posture Stool for those occasional times when I have difficulty using the toilet. I have a taller toilet with an elongated seat and found this Stool in the way, so I needed to set it aside.I'm 75 and have severe arthritis from my neck to my knees, including both shoulders and almost at every level of my spinal column. The first issue was trying to get my feet on the moving stool as I could not bend over and hold it as I placed my feet. Once my weight was on the stool, it was no longer moving. I immediately felt the additional pressure and pain in my lower back. Next, as I almost could kiss my knees, was the pain in my knees. Both lower back and knees produced too much pain to continue in this uncomfortable position.I didn't have a positive experience, but I think this stool is a good idea. My only other thought is that I can imagine small children wanting to stand on this stool and getting injured.Full disclosure: I received this product for free from the Vine program. However, I want to emphasize that I did not receive any payment for this review. It's also important to note that I pay 29% in federal and state income taxes for each item. I apologize for not including any pictures in this review, as my genetic condition causes my hands to shake.

I can't say how much this helps or doesn't when conducting your business but it certainly doesn't seem to hurt things. It feels solid when you put your feet on it and the posture it puts you in feels fine. Fits around the base of my toilet fine and slides in and out easily but stays in place fine when using it. Seems worth the asking price.

The angle you poo, is actually more important than you think. I love that this scoots out of the way when not in use. Works well proving your feet up to be in the correct poo position.
