I like that this item is shorter than most other ones. However it is not as wide as the original Squatty potty that I'm use to.My feet were hanging off and made it very uncomfortable for me.

If you have not considered using a stool this unit is really worth the try. Highly recommend to help with those "special" moments. Really makes life easier in more ways than one. Wish I knew all the advantages of the additional height positioning. Glad it is already assembled. Very sturdy.

My Physical Therapist recommended the "squatty potty" for digestive issues...when looking I found this one which looks nice - and it is High quality workmanship with ample room for storage & easy to use. Works great.

Our squatty potty recently broke and we needed a new one so I purchased this one. I am super happy that I went with this one! I love the two different adjustable heights and I love that it folds away when we have company over! It’s very sturdy as well, this was a good buy!

"Mom, that toilet's going to be too high for you," warned my son the contractor."No, it'll be okay, honey," I said with naive confidence.As soon as he installed it and my tiptoes barely touched the floor, I began wondering if there were more than one kind of crow I could eat.Enter this perfect stool. First of all, it's pretty with its bamboo top and contrasting black bottom, and actually adds to the bathroom's decor, fitting snugly around the toilet. Second of all, it's just the right height. Everything else on offer was too tall, but just like the Baby Bear's bed, this one was "just right." Also, it has skidproof strips on the bottom which are helpful on the tiles.Some said the stool was too heavy, but, unless you have to carry it back and forth all the time, it shouldn't be a problem. I'm in my golden years and have back problems and it's not too heavy for me.In short, if you're looking for a squatting stool of this height, this is ideal in my opinion.BONUS: When it arrived, a porch pirate slit open the outer Amazon box, but apparently kindly left it for us when he saw the label "squat stool potty" on the inside! :)

Every "squatty potty" should be designed like this one.The sturdy metal frame has legs that stay extended and fixed in position until you push a release lever to fold them in. The wood top is made of three layers of solid 1/4-inch-thick strips of bamboo (not a veneer).Weight is 7 pounds (a little more than a 1/2-gallon carton of milk).Width adjustment on mine is fairly accurate to the product description: 15.75, 17.25, 18.75, 20 and 22 inches. Height adjustment is accurate at 6 and 7 inches. Adjustment is made by sliding the frame and legs, and locking them place by inserting screw-in bolts.The top is 11 inches deep front to back, which is enough space for my size 12 feet. It appears many of the other designs have shorter and narrower footrests.You can store this pushed back against the base of the toilet or folded up leaning against a wall. At the 18.75-inch width placed against the toilet, about 8 to 10 inches of the top sticks out from the toilet base.My modern elongated toilet seat is 17.5 inches off the floor. For my 32-inch inseam legs, the lowest 6-inch height allows plenty of thigh lift and hip bend. I don’t require full manspreading mode and use the medium 18.75-inch width.Included are two sets of adhesive anti-slip foam strips for the bottom of the legs.

This product was easy to set up and came with an extra set of non-skid strips for the bottom. It is extremely well-made and very sturdy. The height is adjustable and fits perfectly around the base of our toilet. It has grooves in the areas where you put your feet to keep you from slipping, yet it’s very easy to clean. I highly recommend this product.

For some reason, every product of this type available on Amazon is super tall. We needed something a bit more modest in height. This one fit the bill perfectly. It starts at 5 inches, and can be adjusted up to 6 or 7 inches high. It’s also quite sturdy and not plastic.
