It was very difficult and extremely time consuming to put together but I love the finished product! So nice to relax on in nice weather and read or just chill out. Our dogs love it too! Plenty if room 4 all of us to snuggle 😊

Horrible. Not only is it so cheaply made (the "wicker" is plastic that falls apart), but be warned this will ship in two separate boxes. The instructions were not included so that took another week. Once I got the product and instructions I almost started to laugh. Look at the instructions and "magically" the seats are attached with images that make absolutely no sense. The poor design makes it impossible to fit your final pieces. I asked for a refund but got the standard "did you read our 100 page return policy"? Which basically they want you to pack up this ENORMOUS product and return it "at your cost". Unbelievable. I'm tucking it away and will have to tackle next Summer since I have already wasted 2 months trying to get just the basic parts and service support. Good Luck!

I agree with other reviewers. Doesn't go together as it is supposed to. Cheap, even though it wasn't cheap. Avoid the frustration and spend a little more more money and get something decent.

We purchased this canopy to place on our deck. Although I love the sunshine, some do not. The canopy can be used to shield the sun 100%. DO purchase the waterproofing as recommended ! It does take some strength to assemble the canopy shocks to the frame; not gonna lie, both mine & my daughter fiancée who are big men ! We found if you screw the back shock in first, then the front, easier to push them in that order, FYI! Anyways, good value, fits 4 adults easily. Movable and can use the bottom pieces as side tables (w/o) cushions as tables ! Very pleased with my purchase, happy girl !

This product was very difficult to put together for the simple reason pieces did not line up. It took 3 of us to hold the furniture in place to put bolts in and tighten them. Most of the frames pieces predrilled holes are off and won't allow you to put the bold in with out some muscle. There are gaps where there should not be. I was expecting the cushions to be thicker as well. I need to put down something to keep the cushions in place. They have tie downs, however they still don't stay in place. The Back where you sit up against is not tall. If you plan to sit up to read you have to have the cover tied back. Very disappointing 😞 I would return, but it's together and it only took 4 hours!Update, we are returning it rain once and the cushions now have mildew on them.

Great daybed with nice retractable canopy!!I bought the black with grey cushions and it looks super nice on my deck!Takes a while to put together but that said I did it by myself and wasn’t in much of a rush. Once it’s put together it’s sturdy, nice and large and comfortable to sit or lay on!The price was definitely very reasonable for what you get and I am very happy with it and definitely recommend it!!

Took me three days to put it together (female). The holes do not align. They could include better tool for another dollar, the one that you don’t have to take out and put in again for each turn. Good thing I had one from another furniture set and that sped up the time I put this together. Otherwise, it would be probably two weeks. The hardest part was the sofa part. Put the screws in very loose and then tighten them where it makes sense to bring everything together. Two parts, (E1 and E2) were mislabeled and it would not come together at all, I switched those two parts and then the holes aligned. The instructions on the canopy were wrong, or the handles were manufactured wrong. The recessed indentations for bolts were on the outside and the instructions stated that the canopy should be screwed to the outside of the handle. All in all, after all this hard work, the product is pretty good. Yes, the cushions are thin. Yes, the cushions are sliding. Will have to figure something out about that. Overall it’s fairly comfortable. And yes, I did bring my nephew to bring together the canopy holes on the last step. I would not be able to do that part by myself.
