Bueno… mi producto llego en su caja original, en mal estado pero eso no importa tanto, me doy una estrella? Bueno, para empezar el mousepad llego con algunas marcas evidentes ante la luz, ya después en sitios oscuros se pierden, pero con marcas grandes oscuras, por otro lado no llego el USB C - A que debería tener para su funcionamiento como pone en la descripción, un total fiasco, no lo compren

llego con la caja toda mal pero eso no me importa sin no el contendio por suerte esta funcionando bien y sin problemas consejo si viene doblada las esquinas pongan un libro pesado extremos por una semana y listo se componen por mi parte no tuve problemas con ello en si huele a nueva la alfombrilla y las conexiones estan funcionando como las luces fue un buen volado eso si aguas es muy grande midan sus escritorios el mio quedo bien

La verdad me gusto mucho este producto y creo que incluso si me arriesgue por ser compra de objeto renovado me fue muy bien. Aunque solo llevo 2 días con este ya lo tengo instalado, me encanta

The buttons on my mouse pad which control the lights came broken. I am disappointed with the quality as it’s labeled as Amazon certified as refurbished claiming good quality. Also the lights were dim on the side farthest from when the mouse pad is plugged in

I personally wouldn’t have been able to tell if this was ever used. Everything was sealed and brand new looking. Even had that new smell!
