It doesnt have the strech to it but its good for rain!!!! Its not like my stretchy jackets this jacket has 2 pockets that zip its nice. Cool jacket. Imo The 3xl will fit up to a 20-22 tops -No strech windbreaker super cute. Prefect for a rainy day!

Love the style and fit of this jacket, its lightweight and vented. I got this in neon yellow and its perfect for walking at night or early in the morning. The only reason I did not rate it at 5 stars is that there is no reflective strip on the back of the jacket.

I love this jacket! I’d owned one before and wanted one in a different color. The fit is perfect at the hip, waist and chest. The royal blue is a gorgeous shade of blue. It’s a very light jacket that I can roll up and toss in a bag. Very happy with my purchase and may buy more in other colors.

Love this jacket I bought 4. Has pockets inside jacket and pockets that zip up to keep your phone from falling out. Nice light weight not at all bulky. I wear and XL and it fit fine.
