I loved this jacket which I purchased for a trip to Scandinavia in September. For cooler temperatures in the 40’s-50’s I could layer underneath the jacket. Inside pockets held my phone and sunglasses. The hood and rain repellant outer fabric was perfectly comfortable for the in-climate weather. The design of the jacket is somewhat fitted, not boxy. Very pleased with my purchase.

This purchase was a surprise to how much I love it. Given the affordability I was concerned the quality would have been sacrificed, that whole 'you get what you pay for'. How wrong I was! SoCal has proved to be a cool summer so far, mornings are still chilly and keeping warm while at the stables is imperative to my productivity and happiness. I decided to wear this jacket last week thinking I would likely get too warm about 30mins into all the movement I do at the barn but I was wrong. It regulated my body temperature (like a cashmere sweater), it has adjustable wrist straps to keep all the dust and shavings out (surprise, I had not considered that until I realized I was clean when I took the jacket off), it allowed incredible movement while I groomed and tacked up my horse all the while being comfortable. The inner fleece is soft, perfect thickness (not too thin/cheap or thick/overheating) and when it gets really cold I can put on the hood and zip it up and be further protected from the elements (eg. wind protection!).I am large chested (36D) but with slender shoulder width and torso - if I was not as large breasted I could easily wear an 8 or even a size 6. I was worried the medium size I got would be too tight because I usually wear a 10 in blazers and jackets/coats but it wasn't - it closed with room to give (all that movement and flexibility noted above) but it was not loose or baggy/oversized. It has a slim woman's cut (I tend to wear my husband's big oversized quilted jacket to compare) but this was feminine and a good fit. My weight tends to fluctuate (up/down) and in both cases I do not anticipate any fit issues.What a steal, a wonderful all season jacket at an affordable price. LOVE

This is a great hiking jacket. It's water repellant, easily layer-able, packable, and can comfortably tie around the waist or shove into a backpack when not in us.

The sleeves are too long but otherwise it's a very nice jacket. Rather than velcro wrist adjustments I would have preferred elastic.
