The heating feature is amazing, it heats up really fast, the battery life is super long, it warms up quickly and keeps me warm, charging is quick and easy, it's made from quality materials, best heated jacket I've ever bought, love the ease of use and warmth of the undershirt, I highly recommend this undershirt to those looking for warmth in colder/cooler climates!

I needed a heated jacket for outdoor events and this jacket fit the bill. Without using the heat this jacket is very warm. When you turn it on and it heats up it automatically dials down to the medium heat setting. This helps conserve the battery life. If I use the heating for the day, I have to recharge the battery for the next day. I rate this jacket a 8.0 for functionality, comfort and ease of use.

After getting this as a Christmas present last year I never really got to use it due to how warm it was last year here in pa. But this week is a cold one so I finally put the jacket on and my god I started sweating it'll 100% keep you warm and the battery last like 4 hours on high good material , durable and it's comfy as well

He liked it very much. Warm and cozy. It's the right size. Batteries aren't heavy, long battery life, easy to charge, and so far so good at keeping him hydrated. He says it's perfect and keeps him warm.

I do NOT like that it only plugs into the jacket using a AC/DC style plug. I can’t use any other types of battery packs! (Most use micro USB)Also, the battery is HEAVY! it seemed to last about 3 hours on high setting.The jacket is nice quality and def a great fit!

Pros:-Coat is comfortable and warm all by itself. It blocks the wind really well and repels water.-Variable heat settings.1) Red smart setting- will start on high and after 5 min go down to the intermediate setting.2) White- Intermediate3) Blue- Low4) Red- Highcons:-The battery is the size of a cell phone but thicker (about 1") and weighs 14.5oz.-Sleeves are a tad short on me. I'm 5'9" and could do with them being another inch or two longer. But when I wear a long sleeve layer underneath that helps to keep my wrists covered, and then I don't notice.I don't know if this a pro or con- the picture shows the heating elements to be on the back of the arm, but I find that mine are in the crease of the elbow. It could be good since that's wear your blood vessels run, so it should keep the rest of your arms better. I don't know if the wires will be weakened over time by your arm constantly bending.
