I wore the jacket for the first time to work. The jacket never got warm. I tried all different stages of the warmer and it never warmed up. The fit was great weight great comfortable. The sections of the coat never warmed.

The stomach heats up good, but I dont feel heat anywhere else, and have time on red, the highest setting. I wonder if I got a defective one?
